If you purchase a guarantee product, request a refund, submit proof, or dispute a transaction, we may collect information needed to review eligibility. This may include legal name, product information, official exam date, submitted proof of exam result, payment or refund details, account history, attempt history, communication records, and fraud-prevention review notes.
Referral, site credit, and payout information
If you use PassHero referral, registration credit, site credit, or payout features, we may collect or generate information such as referral codes or links, referred-user relationships, qualifying transactions, commission or reward records, site credit balance, redemption history, payout readiness status, payout requests, review notes, and information needed to comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and payment requirements.
Instructor partner and student recommendation information
If you apply to become an instructor partner or submit a student recommendation request, we may collect information such as contact details, service area, application details, listing preferences, uploaded documents, review status, lead matching records, student consent records, contact release records, and lead credit usage records.
Uploaded documents and files
We may collect documents or files that users choose or are required to upload, including guarantee proof, refund proof, instructor application documents, or other supporting materials. Users must not upload false, altered, misleading, unauthorized, or third-party documents unless they have lawful authority to do so.
Technical, device, and security information
